I cannot tell you what a wonderful experience shopping for my wedding and bridal party dresses at your store has been. I want to especially call attention to the excellent customer service I have received from your colleague Kathleen. I would like to thank her in particular for her endless patience and courtesy. You cannot know how much I appreciated it. She has been great to work with!

Kathy was extremely attentive, patient, and responsive to my needs at all times. She really listened to what I told her about my style, what I wanted in a dress, and my price-range., and in fact my very first dress she cjose for me is the one I have decided to wear on my wedding day. She has been so kind and welcoming every time I came in, and willingly answered every question I had and facilitated every request I made, no matter how trivial. In fact, the first time I walked into the store (I didn't have an appointment) she took the time to tell me the options I had and even allowed me to try on a couple of dresses. I was so impressed by her and her willingness to help that I decided right then and there to make an appointment for the following month.

My mother and mother-in-law ti be were at my appointment and when we were finished, my mother-in-law to be (who has gone dress shopping for bridal dresses for her two sons' brides) exclaimed that she had never heard of or experienced such excellent bridal service. She felt as if we were treated as your first customer to walk through the door, and were made to feel that it was really "my special day." 

I wanted to write this letter right after my appointment, but I am glad I didn't since Kathy has continued to be even more amazing than I initially thought. Among numerous other services, she has accommodated us whenever we have needed an appointment, got swatches for me exactly when promised, and allowed me to take two sets of photographs of me in my dress since the first set were inadvertently erased. 

 I would also like to point out that it has not only been Kathy that has been so wonderful. My aunt and uncle were visiting from Toronto and another colleague of yours took the time to check your records and pull my dress for them to see. 

Please be sure to used me as a reference or this letter as a testimonial on your website or in your store. You can be sure that I will also reference your excellent service on the knoe and will take every opportunity that I have to let any new bride-to-be know that her special day should start with Chrissy O.
